Conference motion & pledge card

Our 2022 conference motion and #Labour4PR pledge card are now live! These are two actions we need everyone across the party to take who wants to see Labour commit to Proportional Representation.

Find out more below - and read the latest from the campaign in a new Labour List article by Caroline Osborne & Joe Sousek: Why backing Proportional Representation will help Labour win.

Table the conference motion!

Whether your CLP already supports PR or has not yet discussed it, please table our motion to the 2022 Labour Party conference.

Even if your CLP ends up choosing another issue to send to conference, it's still really important for your CLP to pass our new motion. Doing so gives your delegates a fresh mandate to back PR in the 'priorities ballot' at conference, which decides what issues will be debated.

So, wherever your CLP stands on PR, please table the motion!

Take the #Labour4PR pledge & #PassItOn

Our new #Labour4PR pledge card allows all Labour members and affiliates to show their support for electoral reform - and to #PassItOn by asking their Labour friends, candidates and representatives to do the same.

Take the pledge and share the pledge card on social media, by WhatsApp, or by email. Then, to #PassItOn, tag anyone in the party who you would like to see pledge their support for PR!
